    I attached a list of 11 foods that also help in the libido department for both men and women.  At the top of the list surprisingly is celery.  Second on the list is less surprising, raw oysters.  Oysters are high in zinc, which raises sperm and testosterone production.

    Almonds are a great male libido booster.  These are vital as they provide the raw material for a man’s healthy production of hormones.
