Another source states eggs are the best source for speeding up your metabolism. Some other foods popularly known to raise metabolism are grapefruits, apples, pears and hot peppers.
It has also been suggested that foods with herbs and spices may speed up your metabolism. These spices and herbs include fennel, cayenne, and garlic.
