Which fast food restaurant is responsible for the most environmental damage?

Many fast food chains are designed with the same concepts in mind: flashy, cheap, tasty and quick. Thus, its hard to pinpoint one environmental culprit when they are all pretty guilty of similar grievences. I would say that McDonalds, because it is so pervasive, is extremely bad for the environment, along with other large mainstream fast food chains such as Burger King and KFC.

I would add that In-n-Out might be the least environmentally damaging chain since they use less processing and the food is more fresh. I assume less chemicals and preservatives will mean less waste and pollution?
