The Kindle seems to be getting the best reviews, and it’s the best-selling e-reader of the bunch. However, it really depends on what you want out of an e-reader – color, screen size, access to the Internet, etc. The second link below is a brief buyers guide, and describes the capabilities of the different e-readers on the market.
Barnes and Noble just came out with a Nook that is smaller, lighter, and has twice the battery life of the Kindle. It’s also a touch-screen. When I was in Barnes and Noble the other day, there were several people who had just bought them. The other nice thing about a Nook is it allows you to convert a variety file types so you can read books other than what Barnes and Noble offers if you’re savvy with that kind of thing.
