Which country has the lowest carbon emissions?

    The island of Niue (North of New Zealand) has the lowest number of annual carbon emissions at 4 metric tons a year (China has the highest at 7,031,916 metric tons a year). Niue is not completely primitive but is less developed and has a population of only about 1,400 people.
