Which country in Europe uses the most biofuel?

    Germany is the leader as of 2005.  In TOE (tons of oil equivalent), Germany is leading with 1,866,139 total.  There are 6.841 barrels of oil in 1 toe.  That’s 144,640 in bioethanol; 1,548,000 in biodiesel and 173,499 in “other”.  France is second with 419,100 toe in combined categories.  Italy is third with 177,071 toe.  I provided a link to the chart below.  The article is in French, but the chart has English so you can read it pretty well.
