Which country do you think will hit their carbon cut targets?

Quite a few European countries are on their way to supply their energy demands purely from renewable energy, this dealing away with fossil fuels. Germany is projected to become the first fully renewable energy based industrial country by 2030. Nordic countries set to reduce their emissions by more than 20% by 2020. Iceland is virtually energy independent, using hydro and geothermal energy. Switzerland and Austria also invest heavily in renewable energy as well as recycling. I think there will be many countries that will come close, reach or even over do their emission reductions.
