Following very closely behind the USA is your friendly neighbour to the North, Canada.
The latest figures according to the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) the USA uses on average 1,730 litres of water per person per year. This is followed by Canada at 1,420 and Australia and 1,300. It appears we all need to put a lot more thought into our water consumption and usage methods.
