Which country in Asia uses the most nuclear energy?

As of 2007, more than 100 nuclear power plants are operating within six Asian countries. Japan with the most has 50 plants (2009), while China, India, and Malaysia (in addition to Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand) have plans to build several new plants. Japan derives 1/3 of its energy from nuclear power currently. While some say nuclear power plants are safer than the Chernobyl days and that spent fuel can be reprocessed (instead of buried), it is this reprocessing technology that is also used to build nuclear weapons.
