Topping the list is Seattle according to a study done by Smarter Cities and published in the Grist. Seattle has received accolades for it’s new light rail system, which is reliant on hydroelectricity. Additionally, The city’s Mayor backs two global warming initiatives: Seattle Climate Action Now and Seattle Climate Partnership.
