The “sustainability” of a CEO can be determined by weighing various factors.
The practices that a CEO deems as necessary to increase sustainability, the basis in which a company operates (in terms of sustainable goals), and the personal attributes that the CEO as an individual possesses (in terms of sustainable motivations) are all factors contributing to a CEO’s rank of “most sustainable”.
Although these determinants of sustainability for CEO’s are, by no means, complete indicators that a CEO is the “most sustainable”, they can certainly help to look at the level of commitment that any given CEO has to sustainable ideals.
