Which bird of prey has the largest feathers?

The largest bird of prey in the world is the Andean condor, coming in at 31 pounds and a wingspan of 10.5 feet. The largest feather on birds is the contour feather, which protects the bird from wind, sun, and rain, as well as make the bird more streamlined in flight. From these two statistics, I would say that the Andean condor has the largest feathers of any diurnal (active during the day) bird of prey.
