The quick answer is: all of them. In 2008, the International Air Transport Association required that all the airlines that are members go paperless, and they represent 94% of airlines worldwide. The advantages are that one can shop around online for tickets easily, usually buy them cheaper, save paper, and not spend so much time at security. At the same time, this raises concerns that the security involved in redeeming paperless tickets–having your photo ID at the airport –is not enough. And, as is the case for paperless concert tickets, buying tickets for other people can become more complicated.
