Temperature taken at different parts of the body will vary (skin, mouth, armpit). The average internal temperature is 98.6 degrees. But this temperature has been known to vary among health adults between 92 – 101 degrees. Your body temperature will also vary throughout the day, the body reaches its lowest temperatures during the second part of the sleep cycle.
Have you ever felt a part of your body (a hand, say), and shuddered at how cold it was? Temperature certainly differs between different parts of the body, but our body has systems to regulate this — blood can carry heat, goosebumps, shivering, etc.
