Where is wild sponge grown?

I’m not sure if you meant sponges or sponge mushrooms so I’ll answer for both. Sponges live in mostly marine water although some live in fresh water. They attach to surfaces in the ocean and can be found across the world.

Morel mushrooms, also referred to as sponge mushrooms, are found in coniferous and deciduous forests of North America. They are hard to see since they are fairly small and grow beneath all of the trees and leaves of the forest.
