I think you mean Tenerife, which is the largest of the Spanish Canary Islands, off the northwest coast of Africa. It is the first and most populated of the Canary Islands, and is visited by five million tourists annually.
I believe what you mean is Tenerife which is one of the Canary islands. The Canary Islands are considered part of Spain but actually lay off the coast of Africa. The islands do have some divable reefs including Devil’s Reef, if you’re interest is in scuba diving.
