where is the lead content on CRT Tubes

    The link below provides a handy diagram almost at the bottom of the page about where the lead is in a CRT tube. The lead in the funnel and faceplate is “bound up in the glass matrix”, and the lead in the frit (behind the faceplate) ” which joins or welds the face plate glass to the funnel glass is in the form of a lead oxide paste”. I do encourage you do look at the diagram, since such a thing is hard to convey in words.
