Covering over 3,500 hectares of land, the Al Safi dairy farm is the world’s largest integrated dairy farm. The facility is located in Saudi Arabia and has a herd of 37,000 Holstein cattle.
While Saudi Arabia does have the largest dairy farm in the world, India is the world’s largest producer of milk with a forecasted production output of 121.7 million tons. However, India’s production reflects domestic demand, and New Zealand actually surpasses all nations as the world’s largest dairy exporter with a forecasted 1.05 million tonnes of whole milk.
