The Mariana Trench is the largest ocean trench, making it the “deepest location the surface of the Earth’s crust.” It reaches down to 36,201 feet at its deepest point (Challenger Deep) and is 1,580 miles long, but is only about 43 miles across. Because of how little a distant it is across, that means it is easily the fastest drop too.
