Where does sulfur come from?

    Sulfur can be found in volcanoes, meteorites, hot springs and Epsom salts. It is recovered commercially from “salt domes” along the Gulf Coast of the USA.

    Sulfur is a chemical element, like hydrogen or oxygen, which means it is indisivible as a chemical. It is element number 16 on the periodic table.
