Where are the largest trees in the world?

     According to National Geographic, redwoods are considered the tallest trees in the world, and they grow in the United States in Northern California and parts of Oregon. Individual redwoods often hold the world record for the tallest tree in the world. Currently, the tallest tree is thought to be Hyperion in Redwood National Park at 379 feet and 4 inches.
