Where in America can you find the bird called the Albatross?

In the song Hello Seattle, he talks about the bird. Are they actually in Seattle?

The Black-footed Albatross seems to inhabit the North Pacific ocean.  Their range mainly covers Hawaii and the islands extending from Alsaka (as far as their US range), but there seems to be some range for the areas along the West Coast of the US.
