The “Black Death” plague is assumed to have been caused by the bubonic plague. Since the big one in 14th C. Europe, bubonic plague has probably been the cause of Plagues in Europe and Russia in the 17th and 18th Centuries, as well as most recently the “Third Pandemic” in China, (1855-1950).
