When a house that has a solar panel on its roof burns down is there any harmful pollutants that come from the solar panel?

With the current technology, solar panels do have their downside.  Mercury and chromium are two of the main problem metals that can come from a destroyed solar panel.  The glue and PVC that are used to install the panels can also be a problem if a house were to burn down.

The most recent solar panels only contains a low percentage of cadmium; if burned, this can release toxic emissions, but in this case there would be a very small quantity, not dangerous for health and environment.
