Historians haven’t established a decisive decade that marked the beginning of the industrial revolution. However the invention and then implementation of steam-powered machinery began in Great Britain in the late 18th Century (1700’s). It wasn’t until the 1830’s that machine factories and trains were prevalent in Great Britain and spread to Germany and the United States.
