When did brown recluse spiders come to America?

Brown recluses are native to the United States: they have always been here. Their ancestors might have come from another place, but as a species their origin is the central and southern US. There are actually eleven native species of recluses. There are two non-native species, ones that have arrived in the States from other places: the Mediterranean recluse and the Chilean recluse. But both of these are still native to the Americas.
