What’s the breakdown of how much Recovery Act money goes to green initiatives, and what kinds of initiatives?

    Nearly ten percent of the total budget set by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act was set aside for green investment.  CNN reported that over $100 billion will be put into clean energy, electric grid, public transportation, green technology research and renewable energy projects.  The figure below depicts the breakdown:


    For additional information on the detailed spending information, the Wall Street Journal posted a list of fund allocation of the entire $787 billion set aside for the stimulus bill.
