The youngest person to ever give birth was a 5 year old peruvian girl named Lina Medina. She gave birth through a cesarean section as she was obviously too small to be able to naturally give birth to the baby boy. The baby, Gerardo, weighed 6 pounds. She actually had her second son 33 years later. I couldn’t imagine living with a mother who was only 5 years older than me.
Assuming you mean, “Who is the youngest person ever to give birth”:
Lisa Medina, a Peruvian girl from the Andean village of Ticrapo, was the youngest mother in medical history, giving birth to a boy at the age of five years, seven months, and twenty-one days.
