Our days would get longer. It takes about one full day (plus or minus a few seconds) for the Earth to rotate on its axis. The time of a year would be the same though, I don’t think the Earth’s rotational speed affects the orbit around the sun. I believe there are some planets that rotate so slowly, or orbit the sun so fast that their year is actually shorter than a day…pretty cool.
