What is the worst part of a bar for the environment?

That probably can vary greatly, the bars I’ve worked at had large power bills for relatively limited hours of operation primarily because of the sound system and high voltage lighting systems.

They are also difficult areas to insulate do to consistent traffic in and out which can impact HVAC loads.

There’s also a considerable amount of possible recycling in the way of liquor bottles, which depending on the local recycling program, often end up in the trash.
