What will happen to all the oil in the gulf if we have a harsh hurricane season?

It will likely go over land and cause many towns close to the shoreline to be uninhabitable. It could cause permanent relocations. Only people with hazmat cards would be able to cross bridges and return in order to observe their homes. It is highly dangerous because all of the oil would cause the land to be highly flammable.
