What was the first LEED certified building in America?

    I couldn’t find what the very first LEED building was in America, but the first LEED-platinum, totally carbon neutral building is the Aldo Leopold Foundation Headquarters in Fairfield, Wisconsin.  It obtained 61 of 69 LEED points.
