    Soybeans are the only vegetables that have complete proteins. This makes them the best vegetarian source of protein.

    The best source for non-meat protein is chick peas.  This is according to average serving size. 

    Chick peas are packed the nutrients and protein that your body needs to replace meat in a vegetarian diet.  They are awesome in curries, salads, couscous, patties, pies, etc…
