There are a lot of national monuments in the US, which are actually just protected areas, so mostly all of them don’t involve any energy consumption. If you browse through the list, you may find a couple monuments that may involve some energy consumption, like some of the forts, for instance. My guess is that the statue of liberty uses the most energy, though, because of the lights and elevators.
