Some of it depends on how much natural light you receive in your bathroom. For low-light bathrooms you can consider Boston Fern, orchids, spider plant and bamboo. For a well-lit bathroom, try asparagus fern, Kimberly Fern, orchids or Gardenia.
Monstera and Pothos will both be happy with moisture too, but benefit from good lighting.
I bet you could get away with having a Phalenopsis Orchid in a bathroom with low to moderate sunlight. If it gets steamy often, you probably will seldomly need to water the plant because they can take moisture from the air.
