According to milk.co.uk, skim milk has the highest calcium content, by not by much. 1% milk has slightly less but beats out whole milk. 1 cup of skim milk has 301 mgs of calcium. If you just want the highest calcium in a milk product in general, sweetened condensed milk wins with 869 mgs per 1 cup, however you’ll probably get ill if you eat a whole cup of it.
