There tends to be quite a bit of discrepancy when deciding which individual food is considered most nutritious. This is because every type of food has something to offer, and there really is not one item than can provide you with everything. Instead, there are many lists that have been compiled of the so called healthiest foods in the world. The majority of these lists include broccoli, salmon, avocados, spinach, quinoa, and yogurt. Of course there are disagreements on which of these foods is the most valuable, but for the most part these six foods are prevalent on all lists.
