Popular opinion seems to give this award to the hurricane, whose combination of effects seems to be the most dangerous. Wind, rain, and flooding can take homes and create dangerous conditions such as landslides, conditions ripe for electrocution, etc. This can not only destroy homes, but also cause deaths.
