There’s no specific energy source that is pushed by the bill, except the broad category of renewable energy. The bill requires most utility companies to produce 20% of its electricity from renewable sources (i.e. solar, wind, hydroelectric, geothermal) by the year 2020. All renewables will play a role in the new energy economy. Which one dominates will depend on the efficiency, and, more importantly, the cost/kwh of producing the energy.
For this answer I used the wikipedia page, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Clean_Energy_and_Security_Act. I encourage you to review it for a good summary of the bill.
