What type of energy is the climate bill planning on using the most of?

There’s no specific energy source that is pushed by the bill, except the broad category of renewable energy. The bill requires most utility companies to produce 20% of its electricity from renewable sources (i.e. solar, wind, hydroelectric, geothermal) by the year 2020. All renewables will play a role in the new energy economy. Which one dominates will depend on the efficiency, and, more importantly, the cost/kwh of producing the energy.
