It depends on what kind of strength you’re looking for. Plastic by itself does not make a very good structural material, but composites, consisting of a fiber matrix in epoxy, can be strong enough to build airplanes from. The strongest composites consist of carbon fiber in epoxy.
The highest tensile strength polymer fiber is a material called Zylon, which is about twice as strong as Kevlar. Zylon has some problems with heat and humidity, though. This material is used only in fiber form.
The toughest non-composite polymer is probably Lexan (polycarbonate). Toughness means very hard to break. Lexan is what bulletproof windows are commonly made from.
lexan is a very strong plastic. it is used for riot shields and bulletproof glass.
