The strongest muscle in the body is dependent upon several things mainly because there are many times of muscles in your body.  If, however, you are asking what muscle is the strongest for what is does, then the answer is the masseter.  The masseter is responsible for chewing the mouth movement while speaking.  There are of course larger muscle groups that are quite strong, but it is difficult because they are dependent upon many systems of chemicals and muscles.  The masseter is consistently the most names as strongest muscle.
