There are many different sources used to make biofuel. These include palm oil, peanut oil, corn (ethanol), vegetable oil, rapeseed (main source of biodiesel in Europe), jatropha, and sugar cane. In India, gobar gas (produced from cow dung) is commonly used for fuel. Studies are being done to find an efficient way to make biofuel from algae and other plants.
