The Wellsville Mountains are the steepest in the world.  The highest peaks, Box Elder and Wellsville Cone, are extremely narrow and rise 9,372′ and 9,356′ tall respectively.  They are part of the Wasatch Mountain range in northern Utah.  It is also a major habitat for hawks.
