Why, California, of course. California has a massive pot industry and though there is semi-regulation in the dispensary system, many of them (in fact, one could argue most of them) are operating ‘illegally’. Also, with direct contact with Mexico, many of the Mexican drug gangs choose to grow marijuana in the US rather than grow in Mexico and cross the border in the United States. Oftentimes, pot farms are grown in National Parks where there is relative security and isolation and there are many people who grow indoors and can have quite a stash indoors.
Hopefully, California can pass one of the initiatives next year to legalize marijuana and put an end in California to this senseless, hopeless war on drugs.
