The largest breed of cattle is the Porcelain White Chianina. It stands over six feet tall and weighs more than 2,000 pounds. Although the Chianina is endemic to Tuscany, there are a number of cattle-farms in Oklahoma that raise Chianina cattle. The largest cow in the world is a 38 foot high statue of a Holstein in North Dakato, named Salem Sue.
