    According to this list of the world’s deadliest snakes, the common cobra, the saw scaled viper, Russell’s viper, and the Puff Adder, all cause an average of about 5 human deaths per year. Together with other factors, like its average size, venom toxicity, and others, the deadliest snake out of these four is the Puff Adder.
