    Propylene glycol, nicotine, clycerol, essence of Tabacco, “essence”, organic acid, anti-oxidation lement, butyl valerate, isopentyl hexonate, and a host of other chemicals depending on the recipe.  

    Smokeless tobacco was pioneered in the US in 1988 by RJ Reynolds.  Essentially the device heats and “aerosolizes tabacco flavor” (according to the wiki).   The smokeless cigarette allows for variable strengths of nicotine and eliminates second hand smoke.
