What is the smallest planet that we know of?

Astronomers believe they have found the smallest known planet orbiting a star just a cosmic stone’s throw from our own sun. Orbiting the star Epsilon Eridani, scientists have identified a collection of floating space-debris, ice, minerals, rock, etc. about the size of our moon, rotating the star in an orbit much like Pluto’s. It is the furthest discovered planet from its relative sun and many are hopeful the relatively young star and planet tandem could provide insights into the formation of our own solar system and planet.
