    For 2011 two small pick-up trucks ranked top for “Most Efficient Small Pickup Truck.”  The Ford Ranger 2wd is small and very fuel efficient.  Gas mileage is great at 22 mpg for city driving and 27mpg for highway. Please see the chart belolw, which outlines the cost to drive this vehicle.
