A climate refugee is someone forced out of their home due to disasters related to global warming. There seems to be a trend between wide-spread environmental disasters in the past and migratory patterns (think the dust bowl and a huge migration to California). Also, since the Sahara Desert is expanding at a fast rate (called desertification), millions of people have migrated to find food- these would be considered Climate Refugees.
